1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on Amriton AI ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Amriton AI ("Company", "we", "us").

2. Platform Description

Amriton AI is an artificial intelligence-powered drug discovery intelligence platform designed for use by researchers, scientists, and pharmaceutical professionals. The Platform provides computational analysis, molecular design assistance, genomic insights, and research support tools (collectively, "Services").

3. Not Medical or Clinical Advice

All outputs generated by Amriton AI are strictly for research and informational purposes only. Nothing on the Platform constitutes medical advice, clinical guidance, diagnosis, treatment recommendation, or regulatory approval. The Company expressly disclaims any liability arising from reliance on Platform outputs for clinical, patient-facing, or regulatory decision-making.

• No output should be used to treat, diagnose, or prescribe for human or animal conditions.
• All molecular predictions, binding scores, and interaction analyses are computational estimates subject to experimental validation.
• Regulatory filings must not rely solely on Platform outputs without independent expert review.

4. Intellectual Property

All Platform technology, engines, algorithms, models, branding, and content are the exclusive intellectual property of Amriton AI. Users retain ownership of their input data. Outputs generated by the Platform are licensed to users for non-commercial research use; commercial use requires a separate licensing agreement.

• You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the Platform's AI models or proprietary algorithms.
• You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute Platform outputs as standalone products.
• Publication of results derived from Platform outputs must cite Amriton AI appropriately.

5. Royalty & Commercialization Policy

If Platform outputs contribute to a commercialized drug, therapy, diagnostic, or related product, a royalty arrangement with Amriton AI is required. Users must notify the Company upon initiating IND (Investigational New Drug) applications or equivalent regulatory milestones involving Platform-assisted discoveries. Specific royalty terms will be negotiated in good faith based on the contribution level of Platform outputs.

6. Data Privacy & Security

Amriton AI processes your data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. By using the Platform:

• You consent to the processing of your research inputs for Platform functionality and service improvement.
• Sensitive compound structures and research data are encrypted in transit and at rest.
• We do not sell your personal research data to third parties.
• You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Design, synthesize, or facilitate the creation of chemical or biological weapons or controlled substances for illicit purposes.
• Circumvent access controls, reverse-engineer the Platform, or conduct unauthorized penetration testing.
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or disruptive content.
• Engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction.

8. Subscription & Payment

Access to advanced Platform features requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. The Company reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in account suspension or downgrade to Free tier.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Amriton AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of research data, financial losses, or reputational harm. The Company's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal conduct. Upon termination, your license to use the Platform ceases immediately, and you must stop using all Platform outputs in any ongoing commercial activity.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India. If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

12. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Platform after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
